Ezzy Ez
With palpable swag and confidence, Ezzy Ez’s dream of becoming a major rap star has never been closer as his song ‘Dream Girl’ vaults up the charts.

Brooklyn native Ezzy Ez’s love of music runs deep. It shows in his award-winning rap EP, ’Love Chronicles’ and his unswerving movement towards his dream of rap stardom. Unlike many of his contemporary rappers, however, Ezzy Ez has an edge. His music combines hip-hop with pop electronica elements. Coupled with original lyrics and an unstoppable hook, his debut single 'Dream Girl' is attracting fans across the globe, one of just might turn out to be the object of the song. Not that this rapper will be waiting around to find out. Recently, Reporter Alexis Adams caught up with this intriguing young artist to find out more about his musical inspiration and plans to take over the game.

ALEXIS: When When did you first discover your love of music?
EZZY EZ: When I was 19, I started to rap seriously.

ALEXIS: Your song ‘Dream Girl’ is receiving a positive listener response on radio. What was your initial reaction when you first heard your song playing on radio?
EZZY EZ: I was hyper!

ALEXIS: What was the inspiration behind your debut radio single?
EZZY EZ: A girl I liked at the time. ;)

ALEXIS: Would you say that the mood of your other songs is in the same vein as ‘Dream Girl’?
EZZY EZ: Some of them.

ALEXIS: How would you characterize yourself as an artist/musician?
EZZY EZ: Down-to-earth, serious and fun-loving.

ALEXIS: Did you come from a musical background? Are there other musicians in your family?
EZZY EZ: No, not that I know of.

ALEXIS: What do you find most rewarding about being an artist? What do you find most challenging?
EZZY EZ: Be dope and being too dope.

ALEXIS: Who are your role models in music?
EZZY EZ: Me, myself and I. My role models also include Eminem, 50 cent, 2pac and Biggie.

ALEXIS: Describe your best or most memorable performance.
EZZY EZ: My most memorable performance was when I went acapella.

ALEXIS: Do you have a music video for your hit single? If so, what can you tell us about it?
EZZY EZ: Nope no music video yet but if anyone has any ideas I’d be glad to listen.
